I realize that some people aren’t podcast people…maybe that’s you. Perhaps you love listening to the beautiful, natural sounds of dishwashing or folding clothes — I don’t know. I am a podcast person, which is why I was very happy to be able to make our own podcast here at Help Scout.
It’s called The Supportive, because we came up with one good name and now we’re putting it on everything like Samsung and their universe of Galaxies. It’s handmade for customer support pros, customer-centric leaders, and anyone who wants their company to deliver better customer experiences.Â
There are smart, engaged guests sharing their skills on support, leadership, product management, and more. There’s advice I’ve gleaned from my own decade of support. There are jokes and japes. There’s more Tina Turner than you’d expect.
Season 1 of The Supportive Podcast has just completed. So, if you’ve never listened to any of it, you can start now safe in the knowledge you won’t be stuck with a massive audio cliffhanger when the season is cancelled halfway through.Â
If you’d like a taste of what the full season has been like and some more reasons to subscribe, listen to this short season wrap-up episode right here:
Subscribe now and you can download the 10 full episodes and 6 mini-episodes of season 1, and be ready for season 2, in which I’ll be talking to company founders about the way they interacted with their very first customers.
Search for The Supportive in your podcast player of choice, visit the episode show notes, or subscribe:
Give it a listen. I think you’ll like it.
